You can begin to sign with your baby from birth – in fact, the earlier the better as it becomes a natural part of your communication
Try not to have any background noise (so for example turn off the TV ) when you are playing with Bamba’s First Comforts. Babies love the undivided attention
Let Bamba show your baby a toy from the box. Make the corresponding sign as you say the word. Repeat the sign and the word. Allow your baby to choose a toy and again make the sign and say the word. Be guided by your baby’s interest.
When your baby vocalises (makes a noise when you present a toy) say “that’s right ……..(sentence referring to toy eg “I’m thirsty)” and repeat sign.
When your baby signs , again say “that’s right ………..(sentence referring to toy eg “I’m thirsty)” and repeat the sign. You’re now baby signing.
